Refund Policies

Summer Camps

We understand plans change, but we also hope you’ll make camp a priority as you schedule summer activities and vacations!

Pre-Camp, Hale Day Camp, Hale MTB Camp, Hale Adventure Camp

Payments for Pre-Camp, Hale Day Camp, Hale Adventure Camp, and Hale Mountain Biking Camp are subject to the following terms and conditions for the 2023 season. Each registration requires a non-refundable down payment of $150 (Pre-Camp) or $300 (Sessions 1–4) per camper, per session. If your camper is unable to attend and needs to withdraw, your family’s 2023 Hale membership will remain valid from Mar. 1, 2023–Feb. 28, 2024 so you can still enjoy benefits that include complimentary parking throughout the year.

  • Until Apr. 30, 2023, payments (except non-refundable down payments) are fully refundable.
  • After May 1, 2023, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance is due in full by May 15, 2023.

Vacation Days

A full refund will be issued for any Vacation Days registration canceled two or more weeks prior to the program start date. Payments are non-refundable within two weeks of the start date.

Family & Community Program

Payments for Hale’s Family & Community Program are subject to the following terms and conditions for the 2023 season. Each registration requires a non-refundable down payment. Even if you cancel one or more sessions, your family’s 2023 Hale membership will remain valid from Mar. 1, 2023–Feb. 28, 2024 so you can still enjoy benefits that include complimentary parking throughout the year.

  • Until Apr. 30, 2023, payments (except non-refundable down payments) are fully refundable.
  • After May 1, 2023, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance is due in full by May 15, 2023.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable. Membership proceeds support the people, place, and programs that make Hale’s work possible, and we sincerely appreciate your investment in our effort to impact lives.
