Hale reserves the right to photograph and record anyone who participates in our programs, attends our events, or otherwise uses our property. By doing so, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you authorize Hale to use your name, image, and likeness for any purpose, educational, commercial, or otherwise.
You acknowledge there will be no financial compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for the transfer, creation, transmission, playback, alteration, or use of these photographs and recordings, and you waive any rights, claims, or interest you may have to control Hale’s use of your identity or likeness.
If you are a parent or guardian, you consent to, authorize, and acknowledge these terms on your child(ren)’s behalf.
Opting Out
If you would prefer that you and/or your child(ren) not be photographed or recorded, you may opt out. Opting out will result in exclusion from photographs and videos that appear in our social media posts, publications, advertisements, and on our website.
