Media Opt-Out

If you’ve reviewed the terms of Hale’s Media Policy but prefer that you and/or your child(ren) not be photographed or recorded, you may opt out. Opting out will result in exclusion from photographs and videos that appear in our social media posts, publications, advertisements, and on our website.

A separate opt-out form must be submitted for each individual so they can be identified by Hale’s photographers and videographers. Staff members will do their best to crop, edit, or delete any media that inadvertently include them.

Please allow 3 business days for an opt-out to take effect, and know that each opt-out expires at the end of the calendar year during which it is submitted.

I also understand that this opt-out does not extend to photographs or videos that may be captured for security purposes.
