From scout campouts to weddings, reunions to company retreats, Hale is the perfect spot for your next event. Hale has several buildings, campsites, pavilions, and fields available for rent. Best of all: By renting a facility at Hale, you support nonprofit programs that help people lead better lives in the great outdoors.
In accordance with restrictions on gatherings due to COVID-19, Hale is currently booking rentals for outdoor events with up to 150 attendees. Hale offers a unique, rustic touch for weddings. Enjoy the convenience of modern facilities in an intimate setting. Rentals include three pre-event site visits and a five-hour reception (setup begins at 8 am on the day of the event).

Hale does not offer private camping, but scout groups or similar organizations may reserve sites. Buildings are not available for overnights. View our camp site map.
Whether you’re turning 1 or 100 years old, celebrate your day with friends and family at Hale. Grownups tend to prefer traditional venue rentals that afford them flexibility to plan whatever they have in mind, but our birthday party packages for kids simplify that.
Each three-hour party includes a pavilion and one hour of facilitated games and activities for up to 20 participants, not including parents. BYOC (that’s bring your own cake) and we’ll provide the fun! Birthdays may be scheduled starting in May; weekday parties start after 4 PM.
