Click here for important information regarding visiting Hale during the COVID-19 pandemic. All visitors are reminded to wear masks when others are present and to observe physical distancing guidelines by maintaining 7–10 feet of space between one another. Only Explore More Pass and Stick with Hale Permit holders may bring dogs onto the property and they must be leashed at all times, per state regulations.

Hale is currently open for recreation daily from 8 AM–6 PM. Our trails continue to be freely accessible, but any vehicle without an Explore More Pass or Stick with Hale Permit is subject to a Daily Parking Fee.

Stick with Hale Permit

Our Stick with Hale Permit entitles you to park at Hale every day (space permitting) until Dec. 31, 2020 and enjoy access for walking, hiking, biking, fishing, picnicking, and passive recreation. It also allows you to bring your dog onto the property. $75 per family, per season.

We’re able to offer this annual publication free of charge thanks to the generosity of outdoor enthusiasts like you.
